With the exception of gondola shelving and assembled showcases (both new and used), we will try to ship your items same day if the order is placed before noon. If the order is placed after 12:00 p.m., your order will go out the next day. Because of this prompt turn around, shipping will likely be between 1 – 3 business days. Midatlantic Store Fixtures will provide tracking information for your convenience. What are our shipping methods?
We ship by Fed Ex or by common carrier. Fed Ex shipments will be “small box” items such as hooks, slatwall accessories, grid wall accessories, and many countertop items. For “large box” items, such as showcases, slatwall, and gondola shelving, the shipping will be done via crated pallets sent out by  common carrier. Although these deliveries are more expensive, the items are more secure on a crated pallet and the cost is much lower than shipping these items via Fed Ex. Your delivery automatically adjusts the price to Fed Ex or common carrier depending on the item you order.
MidAtlantic Store Fixtures uses Authorize.net for all virtual transactions. We are happy to report that Authorize.net is one of the safest gateways out there, and has been around since 1996 helping merchants accept online payments. They are well known as one of the most secure solutions on the market. In addition, they offer the Fraud Detection Suite for all new merchants, which helps us ensure that we are processing in the safest possible manner. We accept major credit cards; Visa, Discover, MasterCard, money orders, cash, and wire transfers. We do not accept American Express or checks at this time.
Our Main Headquarters is located in Baltimore, MD at 1615 Wicomico St. Baltimore, MD 21230. Our facility is 200,000 square feet and this is also the location of our sister company, Everything Warehouse of Baltimore. Our showroom is conveniently located in the same facility as our warehouse. Customers are welcome to pick up their orders directly from our Baltimore Facility and our staff will load your trucks at no additional charge!

All orders placed in the State of Maryland with a billing address from the State of Maryland will be assessed 6% Maryland State Tax.  If your billing address is outside of the State of Maryland, your order will not be assessed state tax.  If you believe your order is tax exempt, please provide us with a resale certificate or tax exempt card.  Please note, in order to claim tax exempt from resale, you must actually be reselling the item.  If you are using the item to merchandise, the item will not qualify for tax exempt status.

We accept any return of stock merchandise within 30 days of the invoice. This does not apply to special orders or custom orders. Please call for Authorization as returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Returns must be in the original carton, and be in new condition as determined by Barr Display. Returns within 30-60 days of invoice are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt.  Shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt to be honored.  The goods leave our facility in NEW condition.  MidAtlantic Store Fixtures LLC is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping or delivery.  If your goods have been damaged, our company will file a damage claim with the carrier.  Please take pictures of the damaged goods and mark on the delivery receipt, DAMAGED GOODS and contact the company immediately.
